The tilted action shot really works here, great cinematographic sense. The metallic textures on the wasp are enviable as well, wonderful rendering and lighting. What concerns me is the wing taking up most of the center of the image. I know it's relatively low-opacity but that wing (as well as the nearest mountain's cast shadow) still covers up most of the train, an arguably crucial story element. Perhaps reworking the placement of your mountains might resolve those composition issues. I do enjoy the "stinger" motif in the landscape though. Was that intentional in the shapes of your mountains?
Hey great work Ryan. I really like Ethan's wasp suit i think it reads really well. A thought for improvement: it looks like this is capturing the the moment where the drones are just noticing him. It might add to the intensity of the piece if the attacking drones were facing him and in a more threatening posture.
I'm loving this! Nice use of atmospheric perspective and I like your color. The wasp design and rendering looks great as well. I agree with Spencer about the wing blurring out the center of the piece. Altering the canvas size to add more vertically and move the center up or down might help with that and give you more room for the train. You could also play with the placement of the mountains. Overall, though, I feel like this is working.
Great stuff ryan! I also love this repeating shape in the mountains and the wasps, but the train didn't read as much of a train as it did a road. i think having it extend past the wasps wings and making the cabin separations more obvious would let it read more as a train.
