Garrett, I like the nice comic-book/graphic novel-ish feel to this with the limited color palette you chose to use! I also like how close-up they are (it's an interesting point of view). one thing I'd suggest is to define the background just a little bit more. I know it's supposed to be toned down because the focus is mainly on the people and it's far away, but I feel like the blurriness is a little distracting. Maybe define the shapes just a little bit more? But good job with this, I love the expressions, and good job with differentiating between the two so that it's obvious who's who!
Garrett I really enjoy your line work, you've got some great stuff going on here and the graphic quality is a fun take on this story. Some of the shading is a little confusing on Ethan's face, however, particularly over his nose. I might rework some of the lighting but other than that great stuff.
you really do have a great style. but i am a little confused about the background. is it rock? is it tree? i dunno. so like esther said, just a little more definition would do wonders in clarifying the environment without distracting from your focus.
Very nice style, not quite live action, but very nice. There are so many subtle details, like the eye brows and how Ethan's seem tamed and Felix'x seem wild, much like their clothes. I really like Ethan's arm and folds on his shirt, but Felix's arm is just kinda there and squatty, it might be the shadow or perspective, but yeah, something feels off. Awesome though.
