Assignment: Influence Map

Create a visual compilation of artwork that has influenced your work most, or that you would like to influence your work. This should be a single page with cropped images.

For a good example, see Sebastien Gallego's Influence Map. And here's a template you can use as a starting point for yours. Feel free to utilize more than a single square for an artistic influence that is more significant to you than the others.

Creating an Influence Map will help you identify your personal artistic tastes and identify relationships between them. Your Influence Map might be expanded to an art journal or blog including written reflections on the work.
